Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Australia & New Zealand


Enjoy free standard shipping across Australia and New Zealand on all original artworks, prints, and merchandise. Unframed orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. For works requiring framing, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for careful preparation.
Limited edition prints are made to order; please allow 2–4 weeks for production and handling prior to dispatch.

International Shipping


To ensure the highest level of protection during transit, all international shipments of original artworks and prints will be securely packaged and sent unframed in a sturdy, crush-resistant mailing tube.

International buyers, please note:

Additional shipping charges apply.The shipping cost calculated at checkout or provided via invoice is specific to your destination. This covers the secure packaging and tracked international postage.

Duties and taxes are not included.The shipping cost does not cover any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be levied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As per Australian export regulations, the full commercial value of the item will be declared on customs forms.


For estimates on potential import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or postal service delays.

Colour Accuracy & Care
Every effort is made to represent colours accurately in product photography. However, variations may occur due to individual screen calibrations. If you would like a reference photo of the artwork in natural daylight prior to purchase, please contact us at annacaiart@outlook.com.

All works are created using high-quality, professional materials. Over time, some natural ageing or very subtle fading may occur, especially if displayed in direct sunlight. This is inherent to original and printed artworks and is not considered a fault.

Returns & Exchanges


As each piece is personally created or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This allows us to dedicate our energy to creating new work in a sustainable manner.

All orders are shipped with insurance. In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged:

1.  Please document the issue with clear photographs showing:

  •   The external packaging.

  •   The shipping label.

  •   The damage to the artwork or print itself.

2.  Email these photosto annacaiart@outlook.com within 7 days of receipt.

We will promptly initiate a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may involve repair, replacement, or compensation as per the insurance terms.

Prints
All prints are produced to order and are therefore considered **final sale**. If a print arrives with a manufacturing defect, please follow the damaged artwork procedure outlined above.
